According to the official website of the Chinese city of Guiyang, China, the Geely Group is set to invest an impressive 5.6 billion yuan (approximately 730 million Euro) to build a comprehensive vehicle manufacturing workshop with a production capacity of 100,000 vehicles annually, as well as an administration center and supportive living area in the Chinese city. Here, the focus will be on sustainable methanol-fueled automobiles, which Geely believes very much in.

The Geely Group is a Chinese automotive manufacturing company and its main products are automobiles, bikes, engines and transmissions. Since 2010, Geely is also the owner of Volvo Cars.
